*ALL AETHER ALCHEMY PRODUCTS ARE BLENDED FRESH TO ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 DAYS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS TO BE READY TO SEND.

At Folk Collective at present we offer a flat rate within Australia is a flat rate of $15 on all orders.

Once your order is shipped you will be sent a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep and track the items. Folk Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed the following business day.

Please be mindful that as we are based in rural NSW shipping times may vary; we will always work to get to your order delivered as promptly as possible.

Every care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving our hands. Once your package has left the studio, Folk Collective is not responsible for damages incurred. Please contact Australia Post regarding deliveries damaged in transit.

Returns

Please note that there is no obligation to accept returns if you have simply changed your mind. Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt. If 14 days have gone by since you received the product and you didn't contact me, you don't qualify for a refund or exchange. I only offer refunds on faulty or damaged items, that will be processed through Australia Post. 

Please take a photo of the damaged item/s and email it with your order number to me at khess30@hotmail.com and make a claim with Australia Post. If you’re unsure how to process a claim please explain this in the email to me, as I’m more than happy to help. As the claim is being processed, I will send you out another package.
